we're supplying long life cycle neutral lining material ramming mass for induction furnace with 120+ heats and castable for tundish (sequence of steel 18~20hours) & lining for ladle (min 300 heats).

Advantage of neutral working for induction furnace
1) Higher refractoriness (2300degree C) and good insulativity
2) Good performance to thermal shock , corrosion and abrasion resistance

Disadvantage of neutral working for induction furnace
1) Higher cost (by comparing with basic lining material, neutral lining cost is higher, but the efficiency gained and labor cost saved on line down time and re-installation is much higher than the material cost difference.)
